My friend, Sarah, who owns a stylish gift shop on Hudson's Main Street (Sarah Bertochi - Handmade), encouraged me to start crafting these herb strippers.  The beautiful grain and food-friendly attributes of Olive wood made this the perfect wood choice.

The diameter of the holes range from 1/8" to 1/2", which are suitable for just about any herb where you want to strip the leaves off the stem.  Herb strippers are not yet available on my Etsy site because of the high demand from Sarah's shop as well as a few other gift shops.
